HRSS, like many small businesses, tried to improve their online presence on their own. After many failed attempts, it became clear they needed the professional help that can only be provided by a WSI agency.

In dire need of a conversion driven site, better visibility in SERP, and desperate need for marketing automation to manage their current data base, HRSS sought our help.

After several strategy meetings between their sales department and our marketing team we developed an SEO and inbound strategy that will affect their fire alarm business to grow that area’s SERP presence and manage leads.

With extensive keyword research, we gave them a full site redesign focused on targeting their very specific, and small pool, of buyer personas. Careful content procurement was important as this is a very technical vertical. We added quality content, again focused on the target audience.

We’ve implemented a link building plan as well as heavily implemented citations for both aggregates and niche directories to increase page authority and brand recognition.

Part of the comprehensive SEO service provided is customized tracking of key performance indicators. Each month WSI will measure links to the new SEO pages, rankings on the keywords, organic entrances to the 9 new SEO pages, as well as leads from organic visitors. Lead tracking includes form submissions, as well as phone calls from organic visitors. With this approach  we can see all of the elements which lead to the clients end goal: more graphic design engagements.

Before implementing any on page SEO, WSI eStrategies in Ottawa converted Mannion Petroleum’s outdated website to a WordPress CMS with Responsive Web Design. Once completed, WSI optimized 5 web pages focused on the client’s main niche services as listed above.

As the company’s main clients come from rural outskirts surrounding the cities borders where conventional natural gas heating is not provided, WSI focused on a local SEO strategy between the companies two main EAST and WEST location as well as a small content marketing strategy to increase and stabilize organic rank.

WSI launched a Local Search Engine Optimization (Local SEO) program in late 2015 for Reveal Dental. The process started with performing keyword research contrasted with the online marketing strategy of their competitors so to select the best phrases for Reveal Dental to target. Once keywords were selected, WSI created and optimized 10 SEO landing pages which included adding pages for services such as:

During the on-page optimization process, WSI also took over maintenance of the site and added blog functionality to enable ongoing content generation.

Once the on-page optimization was complete, WSI started SEO link building activities and also generated internal and external content that linked back to SEO targeted landing pages. WSI Begins SEO Campaign For Prominent West Los Angeles Psychiatrist

Well known West Los Angeles psychiatrist Katherine Watkins, MD, has recently retained WSI to implement a digital marketing strategy on behalf of her practice. WSI developed a website for the practice in 2014 in order to project an image that truly reflected her professionalism.
